WHAT MAKES OUR COACHING SPECIAL?
1. Unlike many organizations, we only offer one level of coaching. We don’t have levels because we believe in being all in. If we’re coaching you then we’re going to be all in just like we are with everything else we do in our lives. That’s why we call it all in premium coaching. Our service is highly personalized and high touch. We build your training and workouts around your life and your goals. We are particularly adept at helping people with non-standard schedules, those who travel a lot for work and busy professionals. We have been in these positions ourselves and understand the challenges they pose. We are also skilled at helping athletes who want to do lots of different types of events. Want to do a 70.3 triathlon, an Xterra and some gravel and MTB races too? No problem, we can help you to make this work!
2. We have been helping endurance athletes to achieve their dreams and goals for over a decade. Over this time we have developed a holistic approach to coaching and a deep understanding of the elements that are crucial for success for our athletes. These elements make up our “Wheel of Success” framework which underpins our approach to helping you. Our philosophy is that there are many vital components for success in triathlon and other endurance sports in addition to your sport specific workouts. These include: skills; strength work; fueling and hydration; recovery (especially sleep); and consistency. Most importantly, we realize that you don’t need a second job when it comes to your training so we keep things manageable and fun!
3. We believe strongly that coaching is not just about providing workouts or a training plan. The magic in coaching is all about the coach-athlete relationship and ongoing communication. When we start working with you our priority is getting to know you and understanding your life and goals.

It’s all in coaching. We pretty much cover all facets of anything to do with your sport that fall within the boundaries of coaching. There are never any additional charges. No onboarding fees or testing fees. No extra charges for in-person sessions such as swim analysis or bike skills work. It’s all included. And if we don’t have sufficient expertise in something then we will point you towards specialists who do and educate ourselves about your unique situation.
